This hip Mid-Century home was reassigned to open the living spaces. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were opened to create a large space for entertaining. The kitchen and all of the bathrooms were renovated with custom cherry cabinets, polished concrete counters, designer hardware and Brazilian Grey slate. Grey slate was also used on the floating staircase which was supported by a custom railing of brushed steel. To maximize the indoor-outdoor flow the original sliders were replaced with single pane glass doors that fold back to create an 8’ opening.
